We currently have two comfortable rooms available — both welcome a variety of therapies, consultations, or group work. The space also includes a shared kitchenette and a private toilet, perfect for both you and your clients’ convenience.
You'll find bottled water available for clients, and there’s easy parking right outside the building, with additional spaces available along nearby residential streets.

Clinic Rental
At Rise Therapy Centres, we offer flexible and affordable clinic room hire options designed to suit a variety of practice needs. Whether you’re looking for a regular weekly slot or occasional use, our structured sessions make it easy to plan your schedule.
4-Hour Weekly Clinic
Monthly Fee: £164 (approx. £9.50 per hour)
Our 4-hour clinic sessions are available at the following times:

Morning Clinic: 8:50am – 1:00pm

Afternoon Clinic: 1:00pm – 5:10pm

Evening Clinic: 5:10pm – 9:20pm
6-Hour Weekly Clinic (Half Day)
Monthly Fee: £212 (approx. £8.15 per hour)
Choose from extended half-day sessions:

Day Clinic: 8:50am – 3:00pm

Evening Clinic: 3:10pm – 9:10pm
Full Day Weekly Clinic
Monthly Fee: £290 (approx. £5.57 per hour)
Our full-day clinic option provides exclusive room use for the entire day, offering maximum flexibility and value for busy practitioners.
Preparation Time Included
All clinic bookings include a 10-minute buffer period at the start of your session, allowing time to prepare your space before your first client arrives.
Ad Hoc Bookings
We also offer flexible, one-off room hire:
