Paulette has experience working with young people and children at Place2be a children's mental health charity. Paulette also has experience working with bereavement at St Helenas Hospice. Qualification: - Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (level 5) Prof. Dip psyC - Diploma in Counselling skills and theory (level 4) Dip CST - Diploma in Hypnotherapy and counselling skills (level 3) VCT Enhanced DBS certificate

Natasha has experience at Farleigh Hospice supporting clients with bereavement. Natasha has also experience with domestic abuse services. Privately Natasha works with a wide range of issues at the Rise Therapy Centre. Qualifications: Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (PROF. DIP PSY C.) Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory (DIP CST.) BSc with Honours in Psychology

Lucy’s professional experience includes working with organisations such as, CGL (Change, Grow, Live), Mind Mental Health Charity and the NHS. Qualifications: - Registered member of the BACP - BSc (Hons) Counselling (University of East London) - Level 2 Counselling Skills (Southend Adult Community College) - Introduction to Counselling (Southend Adult Community College) - Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care (South Essex College) - Level 2 Creative Writing Skills (Southend Adult Community College) Additional CPD: - Walk & Talk Therapy Training (Creative Counsellors) - Mental Health First Aid Trained (Interact) - Understanding and Working Therapeutically with those living with a Personality Disorder (NHS) - Beyond Addiction - Addiction Counselling (Creative Counsellors) Currently under-going Inner Child Healing Diploma (Centre of Excellence) Please note, if you or your loved one is in active addiction, Lucy may encourage you to seek support from an addiction recovery service either prior to starting therapy or to run alongside. This ensures the safety of both client and counsellor and allows a more holistic way of working

Our Therapy Centre is located on the first floor, there is unfortunately no disabled access, due to the age of the building.
